1. Definitions

By using sb028, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction. sb028 operates under international licensing and does not accept liability for users' compliance with local laws.

3.3 Capacity to Contract

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You may not use sb028 services if you are prohibited from receiving gambling services under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

3.4 Self-Exclusion & Problem Gambling

4. Account Registration

4.1 Creating an Account

To use sb028 services, you must register for an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information must be truthful and verifiable.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) sb028 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including deposits, bonuses, and winnings.

sb028 uses advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Attempts to circumvent this restriction using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices will be detected and penalized.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

4.4 KYC Verification

4.5 Account Information Updates

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

sb028 accepts deposits via cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum), Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 or cryptocurrency equivalent. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts may deposit up to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction.

5.3 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. sb028 reserves the right to reverse any transaction originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder.

5.4 Deposit Processing Times

Cryptocurrency deposits are typically credited instantly upon blockchain confirmation. Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are processed within 5-30 minutes during business hours (9 AM - 11 PM WIB, Monday - Sunday).

5.5 Deposit Fees

sb028 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Cryptocurrency network fees (gas fees) are the responsibility of the depositor.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering

sb028 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal eligibility. Unusually large deposits or withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence and source of funds verification.

6. Withdrawals & Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may withdraw your available balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the terms outlined in this section.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 or cryptocurrency equivalent. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 5,000,000 per transaction for unverified accounts and Rp 500,000,000 per transaction for verified accounts.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed within 1-4 hours for verified accounts and 24-72 hours for unverified accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes on average. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed within 2-6 hours.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, unless circumstances prevent this (e.g., closed bank account, unsupported withdrawal method). In such cases, sb028 will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method after additional verification.

6.5 Verification Requirements

All withdrawal requests above Rp 5,000,000 require completed KYC verification. sb028 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: source of funds documentation, additional identity verification, video call verification, or proof of payment method ownership.

6.6 Withdrawal Fees

sb028 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first withdrawal per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may be subject to a processing fee of 1.5% (minimum Rp 20,000). Cryptocurrency withdrawal fees are limited to actual blockchain network costs.

6.7 Inactive Account Withdrawals

If your account has been inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months, sb028 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of remaining balance, whichever is less, until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by sb028 are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotional offer. You must read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, as specified) before associated winnings become withdrawable.

Example: A Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw winnings derived from the bonus.

7.3 Qualifying Bets

Not all bets contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets with odds below 1.50 typically contribute 0% or reduced percentage. 7.4 Maximum Bet Limits

7.5 Bonus Validity Period

7.6 Bonus Abuse

sb028 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting opposite outcomes), or any other practice that exploits promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose.

7.7 Promotional Changes

sb028 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already credited to your account, unless required by law or to prevent abuse.

8. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by sb028. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly bets that exceed maximum stake limits, bets from accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, or bets that pose an unusual risk to sb028.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the respective governing bodies (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing labs. All RNG game outcomes are final and binding.

8.3 Obvious Errors

8.4 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during a game or bet placement, the game round will continue to completion based on the actions taken before disconnection. If no action was possible due to the disconnect, the bet may be voided and stake refunded. 9.3 Abusive Behavior

9.4 Reverse Engineering

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from sb028 software, games, or any proprietary technology used in our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

sb028 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical maintenance, system upgrades, network failures, DDoS attacks, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Financial Loss

10.3 Third-Party Content

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be refunded to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal terms and verification requirements.

11.2 Suspension by sb028

sb028 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Providing false or misleading information
• Underage gambling

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account suspension or termination, your access to sb028 services will be revoked immediately. Any remaining balance will be forfeited if the termination is due to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or material breach of these terms. For closures not involving misconduct, remaining balances will be refunded after verification.

11.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login or betting activity for 24 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure. We will attempt to contact you via email before closing a dormant account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
